A quick background practice.

2011 art summary.

I promised myself that I’ll take drawing more seriously. I always loved to draw but had times when I was too busy or too depressed over my skills that I didn’t draw much. Last year I got a tablet for Christmas so I don’t have to struggle with my mouse anymore when it comes to digital art and I finally started to take drawing lessons again and I’m really happy I did becaue my teacher is really good and inspiring. Though due my studies I didn’t had too much time to draw at home because I’m really slow. I have more unfinished stuff from this year than finished which need to be changed next year (oh, look, a new year resolution!).

Last year I’ve read and watched Berserk and it soon became my favorite manga. It has almost everything I like: awesome fights, strong characters, good storyline and bromance so it obviously affected my works. I’ve also tried to experiment a little with styles and techniques to found my style which didn’t happen yet but I had fun with these experiments.

Anyway, I only added art that can be found on this account but put them by months I finished them and not by months I uploaded them.

As for the drawing, I couldn’t finish it in time so I’m only uploading a wip now. I was really busy before Christmas and struggled way too much with the colors…^^” But now I can actually see the end of it so hopefully I can share the finished picture in a few days.

The weather is so cold I’m going through my summer shots.

Lately I can’t finish any of my drawings… I have more and more unfinished stuff sitting in my folder. But at least I’m taking drawing lessons again. :)
